Not only do we support barcode scanning, but Synergix ERP System is also able to handle LOT and serial number tracking for finished products, semi-finished components and up to raw material level for complete tracking.

Synergix ERP System’s inbuilt workers’ timesheet tracking allows you to scan the workers’ ID against each work order to record which worker is responsible for which work order and the amount of time they spent in each production process. The same timesheet can track workers’ non-production hours for better traceability over your workers’ whereabouts. Concurrently, it allows a form of KPI measurement for management for comparing BOM standard labor hours against the actual hours for workers’ efficiency tracking.

In any production, quality control is key to your company’s reputation.
